COVID-19 Pandemic Repsonse

  • We are open and will remain open to help service our “Essential Business” customer
  • Our Social distancing policy includes the recommended 6 foot distance barrier
  • Our technicians are available during normal business hours and are being dispatched from home
  • Our office staff has gone to Split Shifts to help with our social distancing policy
  • Any employee that has come in contact or may have come in contact with anyone that has been diagnosed with Covid-19 will be in a 14 day self-quarantine
  • Technicians that are dispatched to a customer’s office will wear gloves upon entering their facility. Gloves will not be re-used and are carried away by the technician. Additionally, each machine will be wiped down with anti-bacterial wipes or spray before and after work is performed
  • Supplies will be shipped when possible. If hand delivery is needed, a minimal-touch system will be used
  • All Sales representatives are available at any time during regular business hours
  • If needed, we offer several solutions that will help streamline your “Work from Home” remote business
  • We understand that the response needed for the Covid-19 virus may change quickly and we are continually monitoring and updating our efforts
